Thank You

I have a very dear friend, who is the strongest and most lovely person in the world. She is suffering from a very extreme trial in her life right now, she has cancer. I hate that she and her family have to go through this, but I know that they are strong. First I want to apologize to her for not being with her now and for not working hard enough to keep our friendship stronger. I love her very much she has always shared her strength and testimony with me, and I feel I took advantage of it when we were younger . Second, I want to thank her for forgiving me when i was a stupid teen and made some unthoughtful mistakes. Third tell her of how she gives me the courage to keep on chugging when the hill gets too steep. Finally, I want to give her my faith and strength to help her through her battles. Thank you Becky for being inspiration in my life when I am week, for teaching me about true friendship. I will always remember the very first time we met, you were swinging on the swings at girls camp and I had the strongest feeling to go and visit with you, because you are a special sister who was given a very special promise in the preexistence, that you would touch the hearts of everyone you meet for ever and for always! I love you and all my prayers are with you!

Christmas Miracles

It seems, that everyone rushes to get things done this Holiday season and every one forgets its true meaning. I must admit I too have trouble sometimes remembering what this season is all about, My Children often remind me of the miracles of Christmas. It was during this season in 2005 that we found out that Lexi was a girl and Preston our little christmas baby in 2007. I pray that everyone stops and takes time too remember that this is the time of year when we celebrate the birth of our Savior Jesus Christ, and to give comfort and joy to those who need help.

The holidays are fast approaching so I decided to take Lexi to Toys R Us to see what she would like for Christmas. Let me tell you big mistake taking a 2yr old to look at toys, she wanted everything. Lexi wants..... a baby that has a change of clothes and hair, the tinkerbell cafe, a tea set, a shopping cart that can seat her baby with hair, a huge doll house, tinkerbell dressup, and the most important a tinkerbell T.V. which she politly said in her high pitched voice, MOMMY I WANT THIS! Poor Preston just sat in the cart trying to go to sleep, while Lexi was admiring all the cool girlie toys. After are little adventure at Toys R Us we went to lunch at chick-a-fila which Lexi calls Chicapalay because thats the only way she can pronounce it (but its so cute!) I felt bad because she really wanted to go inside and play but couldn't because Preston fell asleep in the car and you don't want to disturb him when he's sleeping or he is super cranky! All in all it was a pretty fun day and its nice to know Lexi has moved on to other likes then Dora (Dora was getting really old.).
